Working Procedure |

1. Dismantle the oil strainer cover and to release the existing oil. |
| |
|
| |
2. Check motor and suction strainer after dismantle the motor cover. |
| |
|
| |
3. Dismantle the locker washer, the rotor and the oil separator. |
| |
|
| |
4. Dismantle the end cover and the lock nut. |
| |
|
| |
5. Dismantle the roller bearing and the ball bearing. |
| |
|
| |
6. Check and clear the screw rotor after dismantling the screw rotor. |
| |
|
| |
7. Heat up the new acts of bearing bewteen 100℃ and 120℃ according to the specification. |
| |
|
| |
8. Cool the bearing support by dipping into the dry ice or liquid refrigerant. |
| |
|
| |
9. Install the bearing and complete the reassembling process. |
| |
|
| |
10. Final quality control to re-examine if all stages of the reassembling process has been completed and signed-off. |

11. Testing and Commissioning. |
